The Yorba Linda Public Library kicks off its new book discussion series with an evening of art, music and performance on Monday, January 26th at 6:30 p.m. in the Library Community Room. Local artists, musicians and performers will present a multidimensional program of entertainment to highlight the themes of love, forgiveness and wisdom which will be featured at each monthly book discussion meeting through June. Each discussion will be led by Dr. Joanne Gass, English professor at Cal State Fullerton. The series is made possible by a grant from the American Library Association. Refreshments will be served at each event. All adults and teens are welcome.

Monday, February 23, 7 p.m. – Sense and Sensibility by Jane Austen
Monday, March 30, 7 p.m. – The History of Love by Nicole Krauss
Monday, April 27, 7 p.m. – The Writer’s Tale by William Shakespeare
Wednesday, May 27, 7 p.m. – The Essential Rumi
Monday, June 29, 7 p.m. – Atonement by Ian McEwan
