PRELIMINARY CAUSE: CAL FIRE investigators are continuing the investigation into the Freeway Fire. It is possible the fire was caused by a vehicle’s exhaust equipment; however, investigators are still evaluating evidence and witness statements. ACRES BURNED: Appropximately 30,305 acres

118 residential structures destroyed (includes multi-family residences)
65 residential structures damaged
