We are concerned especially with maintaining our rural community feel with regard to preserving our hills at the east end of Yorba Linda. Because we are in the area affected by the November, 2008 wild fires, we are concerned about our community's water issues, traffic, and need to control development so that we lose the reason many of us moved here in the first place. We've been here since 1985. Development of the Old Towne Center while maintaining the Old Towne feel--(so that we don't wind up with what happened to Brea)--is also a priority. We do see a need for a balanced plan for Old Towne, and the need for a Peforming Arts Center. Thanks for keeping us informed through your newsletter and beyond, Jan.
