Pursuant to provision of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA), the City of Yorba Linda, as lead agency, presently is conducting an environmental review for the Yorba Linda Town Center Specific Plan. In this regard, the City is interested in obtaining input regarding the potential environmental effects of this project from responsible Agencies, other public agencies, and interested private individuals and groups, Potential environmental effects to be addressed will include: air quality, cultural resources, hazards/ hazardous materials, land use/planning, mandatory findings of significance, noise and transportation/ traffic. The NOP and Initial study will be available for your review at Yorba Linda City Hall, located at 4845 Casa Loma Ave, and at the Yorba Linda Public Library, located at 18181 Imperial Highway in the City of Yorba Linda on February 23, 2010.
