Rehabilitation of Older Homes in Yorba Linda

This Tuesday night’s Council Meeting we will discuss the cost to rehab the old homes on Lakeview, School and Valencia. Estimates range from $24,836.70 to $71,054.00 without landscaping, re-plumbing and I cannot see in the bid whether the electrical is updated.
